Available Schedules: Part-Time | 15 - 25+ hours per week
• Block Schedule Options Include:
• Block 1: Monday - Friday 3pm - 8pm
• Block 2: Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm
• Block 3: Monday - Friday 5pm - 8pm
• Block 4: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3pm - 8pm

What You'll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, clinic, or community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use evidence-based interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior goals
• Collect and record accurate session data using digital platforms
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation

What We’re Looking For
• Passion for working with children and making an impact
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow within the ABA field
Preferred (but not required):
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, childcare, education, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related fi
