- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must be able to physically assist clients as needed

Responsibilities
- •Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- •Provide direct 1:1 therapy to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- •Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
- •Assist with skill acquisition programs, including communication, social skills, and daily living skills
- •Support students in community outings and activities
- •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment
