Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Implement and oversee behavior intervention programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for consistent implementation of behavior plans.
• Stay up to date with research and best practices in behavior analysis and ABA therapy.
