Job Description

ithin required visitation windows and completing mobile visits for study participants, working cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel. Your work will involve visiting an adolescent to adult population and performing essential clinical skills during mobile visits, including blood specimen collection and processing (you'll pick up dry ice prior to visits and drop off samples to the courier), adolescent and adult phlebotomy, nasal swab collection, and targeted physical assessments. Accurate source documentation submission is critical to the role.

### What We're Looking For

You must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and two (2) years' experience in starting and performing phlebotomy, peripheral blood draws, IVs, and subcutaneous injections—with your date of last practice within the last 6 months preferred. You'll also need one (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests.

You must hold and maintain a current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) where you'll practice. Your skills in collecting accurate, detailed patient records—including documentation of medical history and medication charting—are essential. We need someone with excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving abilities. Current CPR certification and a current TB test are both required and must be maintained.

### Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we'd love to hear from graduates of accredited schools of professional nursing. A valid driver's license with a good driving record, personal automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements, and a vehicle in good repair are preferred. Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

### Compensation and Incentives

The standard rate is $60.00 per hour, plus commute, mileage, training, and administrative pay. Beyond competitive hourly compensation, you'll gain CMRN GCP training certification, joining our general staffing pool with no research experience required—we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed. There's no need for prior research background; we'll equip you with what you need to contribute meaningfully to advancements in clinical research.
