Job Description
ral Health, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to support adolescents (ages 12-17) in their healing and growth at our short-term residential program. Every day, you’ll create and implement personalized treatment plans, lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, and use relational, systemic, and experiential modalities to help teens process emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop effective coping strategies. Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to create meaningful change in families.
• Personalized Caseloads: Manage a focused caseload of up to 6 clients, providing high-quality, individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching.
• Collaborate in Integrated Care: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of therapists, medical providers, and nurses to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in a holistic, integrated environment.
• Timely Documentation: Complete accurate and thorough clinical documentation within required timeframes, ensuring compliance and continuity of care for clients.
• Cultural Competency and Adolescent Development: Apply developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care, addressing the unique psychological needs of adolescents and teens.
• Embrace a Growth-Oriented Work Culture: Thrive in a flexible, empathetic, and results-driven environment focused on adaptability, trust, and meaningful change for teens and their families.
• Participate in Rotating On-Call: Serve as an on-call once every six weeks for one week, providing support for staff and residents as needed. Willingness to work occasional evenings, as needed.
Qualifications:
• Clinical license required LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) & LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker.)
• Must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practices
• Passion for counseling teens and young adults struggling with mental health challenges
• Ability to incorporate clinical diagnostic and assessments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
• Experience in residential settings and relational, experiential, and systemic modalities preferred
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including frequent standing, walking across a large campus, and responding safely and effectively during crisis situations.
