Job Description:
We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to those who need support. As an Applied Behavior Analysis Technician, you will teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills using Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. Supervision is provided by Clinical Directors and experienced BCBAs, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training is available. Requirements:
• Two years of college education completed (60 credit hours)
• Provide in-home, center, and community-based ABA therapy and educational services
• Collect behavior & treatment plan goal data during sessions
• Goal-oriented with professionalism in all aspects of work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Effective time management skills
• Desire to collaborate with a professional team to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in ABA, education, or related field
Compensation: Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Part-time (15-25 hours per week) & Full-time (30-40 hours per week) depending on client and staff availability.

Cincinnati Location: 3801 Sharon Park Ln. Suite 150, Cincinnati, OH, 45241
Cleveland Location: 7580 Northcliff Ave. Suite 500, Brooklyn, OH 44144
Schedule:
• Our services are offered Monday-Friday, from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Evening availability is required for full-time hours, along with comfort in home-based therapeutic settings.
