Job Description
About Us
Flourishing Hope ABA Services PLLC is more than a therapy center, it’s a warm environment where evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) meets holistic enrichment. Our programs blend traditional ABA therapy with creative and nature-inspired experiences such as children’s yoga, art and craft workshops, social skills groups, and caregiver education. We believe children flourish when their unique strengths are nurtured in a supportive, whole-child environment.
Role Overview
We are seeking passionate, playful, and dedicated Behavior Therapists (BTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will work directly with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental delays under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). At Flourishing Hope, your role goes beyond standard ABA sessions, you’ll be part of an innovative model that integrates holistic and creative practices into therapy.
What You’ll Do
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Support children in skill-building across communication, social, adaptive, and emotional domains.
• Incorporate holistic elements (movement, mindfulness, sensory play, nature-based activities, creative arts) into therapy when appropriate.
• Assist in social skills groups, yoga-based activities, and enrichment workshops.
• Collect and record accurate data during therapy sessions.
• Provide compassionate caregiver support and education during sessions when needed.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to maintain consistency across clinical and holistic practices.
• Foster a warm, engaging, and safe environment that reflects Flourishing Hope’s “whole child” approach.
What We Offer
• A unique, innovative workplace where ABA meets holistic enrichment.
• Paid training, supervision, and support toward RBT certification (if not yet certified).
• Opportunities to participate in yoga, art, and enrichment sessions with children.
• Flexible scheduling (mornings, afternoons, after-school hours).
• A supportive, collaborative team culture where creativity is encouraged.
• Competitive pay based on experience and credentials.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, child development, or related field preferred.
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with our support).
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental differences.
• Strong communication, patience, and a playful spirit.
• Interest in holistic approaches (yoga, art, mindfulness, nature-based activities, or related fields) is a plus!
• Reliable transportation to and from the center.
