Clinics That Don’t Feel Like Clinics
Our clinics are intentionally designed to feel joyful and engaging, with themed spaces, cozy corners, and room to move. Kids enjoy being here, and our RBTs are proud of the environments they work in.
Many of our clients will not remember this as therapy. They will remember it as a place they loved.
Real Support, Every Day
RBT work is demanding, and support must be built into the system, not just promised.
At Appleseeds, you are supported by:
• RBT Coordinators who provide daily guidance, advocacy, and check-ins
• BCBAs who are present, collaborative, and invested in your success
• Clinic Managers who handle day-to-day logistics so you can focus on your client
• RBT Trainers who support onboarding, data quality, and clinical confidence
• Crisis Management Coordinators who train, coach, and support safety with care
• An HR team focused on retention, renewals, and staff well-being
We do not believe in burning people out. We believe in building people up.
Growth Is Expected and Supported
Whether you are new to the field or experienced, we provide clear paths forward.
• Ongoing training and mentorship
• Support with RBT renewals
• Opportunities to advance within the company
• Access to our BHCOE-accredited Practica Program for future BCBAs
Many of our leaders started as RBTs.
What We Offer
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• Consistent schedules and reliable hours
• A culture that values communication, balance, and respect
Work-Life Balance Matters Here

• Sustainable schedules
• Strong in-clinic support
• Clear expectations and communication
• Encouraging boundaries and balance
The Interview Experience
We believe fit goes both ways. Our interview process is transparent and welcoming. You will:
• Meet leaders who care about your experience
• Tour a clinic and see our culture in action
• Ask real questions and receive honest answers from RBTs
At Appleseeds, we believe in relentless forward momentum for our kids and our team. If you are looking for a place where your work matters and your support is real, we would love to meet you.
