Qualifications and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications: At least a Bachelor's degree in MLS, CLS, Allied Health, Biology, Chemistry, or Combined Science. Must also be ASCP certified as MLT or MLS and have a minimum of one year of experience as an MLT or MLS. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in MLS, CLS, Allied Health. Specialized certification in course discipline; didactic, laboratory, or clinical teaching experience.
