This position is based within a private elementary school in Umatilla , giving you the benefit of a stable, relationship-driven environment where you can focus on student progress and collaboration instead of spending your day on the road.

Conduct intakes and functional assessments within the school setting Develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy and parent/caregiver training Supervise and support RBTs, based on credential level Review data, monitor progress, and update treatment plans as needed Maintain compliance with BACB standards and company expectations Collaborate with families, school staff, and other partners to support each childs success What Were Looking For

For BCBA applicants:

Masters degree Active BCBA certification For BCaBA applicants:

Bachelors degree Active BCaBA certification For all applicants:
