Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) BCBA BCBA - Frontier One, CO CO

COMPENSATION AND BONUSES
• Total Compensation Package
: $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.
• Monthly Performance Bonuses
:
Uncapped, rewarded for impact.
• Sign‑On Bonus
:
Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses
:
Earn pay for providing supervision hours to RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA.
• Certification Bonuses
