This unique opportunity allows you to work from home for leadership responsibilities while maintaining a home health SLP caseload , giving you the best of both worlds-clinical impact and program leadership.

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality home health speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients Carry a small clinical caseload initially , with reduced caseload as leadership responsibilities expand Serve as the regional Clinical Director and primary SLP leader Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as applicable Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and training to therapy staff Support program growth, quality initiatives, and best practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners Participate in local travel for home health visits and team support Merakey offers medical, dental - vision insurance plans, competitive compensation plans and more! The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Current Texas State License in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Valid Texas Driver's License
