• Collaborate closely with internal medicine residents
• Participate in didactic lectures, conferences, and educational discussions
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of academic and clinical educators
• Strong access to and support from medical subspecialists
• Completion of ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply, especially those with chief residency or strong academic experience
