• Empower Clients: Provide exceptional therapy services to individuals, children, teens, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.
• Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid license in psychotherapy, social work or psychology.
• Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. Experience working with severe anxiety disorders is REQUIRED.
• Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Professionalism: Demonstrates professionalism and reliability in maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards, as well as meeting client appointments and practice deadlines.

Requirements:
• Current Professional Liability Insurance or willingness to obtain coverage prior to starting
• Ability to provide clearances and pass a criminal background check
• Proficient in conducting virtual therapy sessions using secure online platforms.
• Experience working with severe anxiety conditions, ADHD, and OCD
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace conducive to virtual therapy sessions.
• Work from the office two days per week for six hours per shift (ex: 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm)
• Evening and/or weekend availability
