Job Description
has experience supporting clients with trauma/abuse histories, and is comfortable working with diverse populations, including individuals who identify as LGBTQ+.Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and family counseling using evidence-based modalities (CBT, TF-CBT, MI, etc.).- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, track progress, and complete discharge/transfer summaries.- Maintain a full caseload (25 billable hours per week) while meeting agency productivity standards.- Ensure all client documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner through the EHR system.- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.- Offer flexibility in scheduling, including evening availability (until 8pm Mon Thu) and occasional weekend telehealth sessions.- Participate in agency meetings, trainings, and community outreach events.Qualifications:- Master s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology (required).- LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or license-eligible in the state of Florida (required).- Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably with trauma-focused and identity-related issues.- Cultural awareness and ability to provide sensitive care to diverse communities; bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole strongly preferred.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.- Reliable transportation, valid Florida Driver s License, and insurance (required for local travel).This is a great opportunity to join a client organization that values quality care, cultural sensitivity, and professional growth.
