We are looking for passionate, energetic, and caring Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) who are ready to bring positivity, patience, creativity, and heart into the lives of children and families through the power of ABA therapy.
If you love working with kids, enjoy being active, and want a career where what you do truly matters, this could be the perfect fit for you.

• Implementing individualized therapy plans created by BCBAs
• Collaborating with a supportive clinical team
• Collecting session data and tracking progress

• Creating meaningful moments that truly impact families
No two days are ever the same, and that’s part of what makes this role so rewarding.
What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and professional
• Energetic and positive
• Team-oriented
• Eager to learn and grow
• Passionate about helping children succeed
Qualifications:
• Active Washington State CBT credential required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with children preferred
• ABA experience is a plus, but we value heart and willingness to learn just as much
• Ability to stay active and engaged throughout the day
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
Why Step Up ABA?
Because we believe YOU matter too.
At Step Up ABA, we’re building more than a workplace, we’re building a team culture centered around support, growth, positivity, and purpose.
What You’ll Love:
• Supportive leadership and mentorship
• Growth opportunities within the company
• Ongoing training and supervision
• Health, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees
• PTO and Washington Paid Sick Leave
• Employee recognition and appreciation
• A team that celebrates successes together
• Meaningful work that changes lives every day
