Responsibilities

• •As an employee at Five Below, your main focus will be on providing excellent customer service and helping with store operations to ensure a pleasant and welcoming shopping experience
• •Offer prompt and welcoming support to customers with a helpful approach
• •Possess expertise in product details, advise on selections, and deliver resolutions to meet customer requirements
• •Foster customer engagement by marketing store events, promotions, and activities to encourage participation
• •Approach customer inquiries with courtesy, offering substitutes if necessary
• •Report on the replenishment of products and feedback from customers to the higher-ups
• •Engage in teamwork to meet the store and company goals effectively
• •Manage financial transactions at the point of sale and handle customer payments
• •Carry and categorize items with a weight limit of 25 pounds and store them on shelves that are as high as 10 feet
