Job Description
the primary need is for a full-time RBT, we are also open to candidates who are available at least 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Monday–Friday if seeking part-time hours.
RBTs work one-on-one with pediatric clients while implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills through structured, evidence-based therapy.
Schedule
Full-time preferred
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Part-time candidates considered with minimum availability of:
Monday – Friday
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Clinic-based position
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Collect and document behavioral data during sessions
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain professional and timely session documentation

Requirements
Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Qualifications
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to work with pediatric clients ages 2–14
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
