Job Description

onsible for conducting student evaluations, implementing individualized therapy plans, and documenting services in accordance with each student’s plan of care and physician’s orders. You will collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress and participation across educational settings.

Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services and track student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required based on contract/state guidelines).
• Compliance with professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR certification, if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (as required).
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulations).
• Must meet all federal, state, and local hiring requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
