Job Description
an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) who will be responsible for the ongoing supervision of home and school-based intensive services and direct treatment as a Regional Director.
The Regional Director will conduct and present research at local and national conventions, perform intake visits with potential clients, and oversee the development of individual goals and objectives as well as the development of written guidelines for behavior interventions, teaching plans and programs. Towns served include Middleton, Danvers, North Reading, Reading, Lynnfield, Peabody, Salem, Wakefield, Saugus, Stoneham and Melrose.

Qualifications
• PhD or Masters in ABA, Special Ed., Psychology, or related field
• Current BCBA Certification
• Current LABA in Massachusetts
• Three (3) years of experience in applied setting developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
