Who Thrives as an RBT at SCCD? You don't need prior RBT certification to applyour successful RBTs come from diverse backgrounds, including:
• Psychology, Education, Special Education, Sociology, Social Work, Early Childhood, and more.

As an RBT with SCCD, you'll play a key part in delivering one-on-one ABA therapy, helping children build essential skills in a supportive and dynamic pre-k environment. You'll work closely with BCBAs and a team of fellow RBTs to design and implement effective programs for skill development and behavior reduction, all while maintaining the highest standards in care. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism according to individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress.
• Facilitate play and social interactions to promote social skills development.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust and improve treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and the BACB Code of Ethics.
What We're Looking For:
• A genuine love for working with early learners and children with unique needs.
• Familiarity with ABA principles (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Dedication to creating a supportive, positive work environment for both clients and colleagues.
Schedule Options:
• Full-Time:
Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm.
• Part-Time:
20-hour weeks with flexible scheduling (morning or afternoon shifts).
