• **Position Overview: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
As an RBT at Creekside Autism Center, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work directly with individuals with autism, providing one-on-one therapy, conducting assessments, and collecting data to track progress. Your passion for making a difference and your commitment to the well-being of our clients will shine through in your daily interactions.
• *Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention programs under the guidance of BCBAs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients.
- Collect and record data on client progress. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• *Qualifications:
- Holds a valid RBT certification.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for helping individuals with autism reach their full potential.
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, education, or related field is preferred.
