Are you an RBT with aspirations of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)? We are a rapidly expanding local provider of personalized ABA therapy for individuals of all ages and are deeply committed to cultivating the next generation of analysts. We have multiple job openings that are ideal for current students and RBTs working toward board certification.
Our Student Analyst Program is designed to support your journey by offering comprehensive, high-quality supervision at no cost to you. This program utilizes a tiered structure, enabling RBTs to advance through defined roles as they progress toward board certification. We are dedicated to providing the necessary supervision and training for our employees to successfully move from an RBT position and ultimately achieve BCBA certification.
Job Location: Hialeah, FL The Role of the RBT/Student Analyst:
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): As a paraprofessional, the RBT directly implements individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Key responsibilities include observing behaviors, collecting data, and delivering targeted interventions aimed at improving communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.
• Student Analyst: A Student Analyst is an RBT who is actively pursuing BCBA certification and is seeking a supportive team with a proven track record of developing successful BCBAs.
