To support a growing learning center team, the full-time California Licensed ABA Scheduler will manage scheduling processes for clients and services, optimize provider availability, and ensure efficient operations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Oversee scheduling processes for assigned regions, managing client services and appointments Maximize client authorizations and optimize provider availability to ensure efficient service delivery Field calls from potential clients and manage the upkeep of the EHR system, CentralReach Required qualifications: Must be located in California 2 or more years of ABA scheduling experience Experience with scheduling software; familiarity with CentralReach is a plus Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, and email Bachelor's degree preferred
