Practice Info
• Full-service family practice, treating both children and adults
• Located in Nash County
• Offers same-day appointments and online scheduling
• Practices function as a network but are recognized individually
• Physician-led organization with opportunity for providers to participate in network governance and leadership
• Affiliated practices have access to additional operational support, specialty and sub-specialty care providers, and the health care system’s electronic medical records system
Responsibilities
• Provide preventive health care
• Provide sick care
• Conduct well-child checks
• Provide adolescent health services
• Manage acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma
• Perform screening tests
• Provide nutrition counseling
• Administer immunizations and medication management
Shift & Schedule
• Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
• Full Time
• Standard Hours Per Week: 40.00
• Work Assignment Type: Onsite
• Work Schedule: Day Job

• BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or Med/Peds
