Job Description
ualized behavioral intervention services as outlined by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Work with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels to promote skill development and address behavioral challenges
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to provide direct support and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to ensure the most effective behavioral strategies are implemented
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to interventions and student progress
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Valid professional license or certification preferred
• Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Proven ability to provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a school team
Location and Work Details:
• Position is based in Portland, Oregon
• Contract role with defined term and schedule aligned to school calendar
