Job Description

• Develop individualized therapy programs based on assessments.
• Provide measurable, at-home activities to support client development.
• Document progress using quantitative and qualitative SOAP notes.
• Supervise Clinical Fellows and train new clinicians.
• Assist with research projects, in-service training, and family/community education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Attend company and management meetings.
• Follow CA SLPA supervision guidelines.
• Render/cancel appointments through CentralReach.

Qualifications:
• CA SLP board license
• CPR certification
• ASHA Certification
• Annual TB Skin Test
