What You’ll Do
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Conduct data collection and deliver ABA training methods like DTT, NET, PRT, and PBS.
• Work in various environments (home, school, community, clinic).
• Training opportunities will be hybrid (remote and in-person). All direct client work will be in person in a variety of settings.*
What We’re Looking For
• Must-Haves:
• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel 30-45 minutes from home.
• Flexibility, organization, and computer literacy.
• Preferred Backgrounds:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Experience in childcare, behavioral health, education, or therapy is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
• Walk, stand, stoop, and run.
• Lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
