Job Description
BCBA and administrative teams.
Follow up regularly to ensure ongoing support and collaboration.
• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) by observing
participants in various settings, utilizing data from reports to inform your
assessments, and working closely with other team members to develop behavior
support plans that support individualized care and progress within a
multidisciplinary setting.
• Collect and analyze behavior data through progress notes, synthesizing it
into reports using Power BI. Monitor both micro and macro-level data to
assess outcomes related to individual goals, aiming to reduce incidents and
prevent re-hospitalization. Collaborate with teams to refine strategies for
effective care.
• Provide training and ongoing support for robots during the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration and operation within the team.
Requirements
• Master’s degree required with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Licensed BCBA Professional in the state of California
• 2+ years of experience providing direct services to clients with various
developmental disabilities, behavioral health diagnosis, and/or severe
behavior challenges in a hospital, behavioral health, home-based,
educational, or social services setting preferably cross-age groups.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• NADD - Clinical Certification (Preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
