Job Description

sit with a child in a hard place, stay regulated themselves, and keep communicating even when communication feels impossible. That willingness to wade through the difficult parts, without pulling back, without giving up, is what builds the kind of trust that actually moves the needle for kids.

Our remote BCBAs are there with you. Not just in the good sessions but in the hard ones too, helping you understand what a behavior is communicating and what to do with that information. We talk through what happened, what it meant, and how to show up better next time. That's not just supervision. That's how great BTs and RBTs are made.

If you're someone who leans in when things get hard and believes that every behavior is a child trying to tell you something, we want you on this team. And we will help you build your career.
