Classroom Assistants

ollowing skills to perform the essential functions of the job: Must have proficiency in reading and math. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to assist classroom teacher with instructional activities, clerical work, and supervise one or small groups of children. Must be able to work in a one-on-one environment. Occasionally required to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Maintain a positive working relationship with students, parents, administration, and other staff members. Must meet Highly Qualified Classroom Assistant requirements. Essential Functions and Duties:
Break time shall be flexible depending on the situation. CARES staff will be required to dress in CARES uniform (black pants, CARES shirt, black shoes with no more than 1/2 inch heel, no perfume, no dangling jewlery). Education:
