Job Description

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to assist classroom teacher with instructional activities, clerical work, and supervise one or small groups of children. Must be able to work in a one-on-one environment. Occasionally required to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Maintain a positive working relationship with students, parents, administration, and other staff members. Must meet Highly Qualified Classroom Assistant requirements. Essential Functions and Duties:
Break time shall be flexible depending on the situation. CARES staff will be required to dress in CARES uniform (black pants, CARES shirt, black shoes with no more than 1/2 inch heel, no perfume, no dangling jewlery). Education:

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • 3 days per week (M,T,W) 16 total work days, 15 days with students; 8:30 a.m
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with students, parents, administration, and other staff members
  • Break time shall be flexible depending on the situation
