- •MD M.D. or D.O. at an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)-accredited U.S
- •School of Medicine or Osteopathy upon hire
- •MD-Doctor of Medicine Upon Hire
- •OR DO-Doctor of Osteopathy of California Upon Hire
- •OR Foreign medical graduates must have Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduate Certification (ECFMG) certification and have a valid California Evaluation Status Letter
- •Passing scores on the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examination (NBOME)
