Job Description

● Paid sick leave - 1 hr/40 hrs worked
● The employee’s portion of Washington’s Paid Family and Medical Leave is collected and remitted
● Health insurance (including dental and vision) is offered to full time (30+ hrs/wk) employees
● Paid training for continued professional growth is provided
● Inclement weather and COVID-19 surge stipends are given when applicable up to 2x a year
● Supervision hours available for RBTs working towards a BCABA or BCBA
Education, Training, and Experience Required
● Be at least 18 years old
● Have a high school level education or higher
● Active drivers license and car to transport self in-person)
● Pass a background check
● Experience or interest in working with children, if candidate does not possess) teens, and young adults with autism spectrum
Must Obtain:
● Active CPR/BLS certificate (completed
● 40 hours of qualified training (will be provided
● Successfully obtain Certified Behavior
Technician credential in Washington State
● Enhanced Drivers License
Other Requirements:
● Satisfactory reference checks
● Use of personal smart phone, tablet, or computer for data taking and client billing (if access to this is unavailable, accommodations will be discussed)
● Physical requirements are based on client assignments – for some clients, the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., run, go up and down stairs, and move quickly, is required
