The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18- $28.00 per hour. Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role. Why join us? Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments. Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency. Qualifications:
RBT Certification from BACB (Required) Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required) Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required) The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families Must pass a criminal background check Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges Work Location:
