Qualifications
- •At least 6 months of hands-on MIG welding experience
- •Basic TIG welding skills
- •Comfortable working with steel, stainless, and aluminum
- •Willingness to jump in and help across the shop when needed
- •Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- •Team player with a solid work ethic and reliability
- •Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- •Experience with metal fabrication or assembly
- •Familiarity with press brakes or punch presses

Responsibilities
- •You won’t just be stuck at a booth all day — you’ll get hands-on experience across fabrication and production, making your workdays varied and engaging
- •Perform MIG welding on rolled steel parts and assemblies
- •Complete TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum as needed
- •Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and weld procedures
- •Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- •Jump in on fabrication work (cutting, forming, assembling) when needed
- •Help operate equipment like punch presses and presses
- •Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
- •Work alongside a tight-knit team to hit production goals
- •Clean, organized metal manufacturing facility
