Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of hands-on MIG welding experience
  • Basic TIG welding skills
  • Comfortable working with steel, stainless, and aluminum
  • Willingness to jump in and help across the shop when needed
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Team player with a solid work ethic and reliability
  • Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with metal fabrication or assembly
  • Familiarity with press brakes or punch presses

Responsibilities

  • You won’t just be stuck at a booth all day — you’ll get hands-on experience across fabrication and production, making your workdays varied and engaging
  • Perform MIG welding on rolled steel parts and assemblies
  • Complete TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum as needed
  • Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and weld procedures
  • Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Jump in on fabrication work (cutting, forming, assembling) when needed
  • Help operate equipment like punch presses and presses
  • Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
  • Work alongside a tight-knit team to hit production goals
  • Clean, organized metal manufacturing facility
