Cole Health is a well-established, high-caliber provider of pediatric therapy services across Texas, delivering ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy with excellence for over two decades. We're now bringing our proven ABA services to Cary, North Carolina, alongside our already thriving ST, OT, and PT clinic in the community.
As we expand into Cary with ABA, we are starting with an in-home therapy program to serve local families, build trusted relationships, and establish a strong presence in the area. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a BCBA who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and leadership.
What You'll Do:
As our Cary-based BCBA, you'll have the unique chance to create and grow a high-quality in-home ABA program from the ground up, with strong support from our seasoned clinical leadership team in Houston.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland, etc.)
• Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Deliver direct ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to RBTs/BTs
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure skill generalization and family success
• Establish and refine systems for in-home ABA delivery, setting the foundation for future clinical growth
• Act as a program builder and innovator, helping pave the way for future in-clinic services in Cary
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a self-starter BCBA who is:
• Energized by the idea of building a program as if it were their own - with the backing, resources, and stability of an established clinical provider
• Highly motivated, collaborative, and creative in finding solutions that serve families best
• Experienced in in-home ABA therapy and confident in adapting ABA best practices to a home environment
• Excited to coach, teach, and guide others as the program expands
• Professional, adaptable, and driven by a passion for making an impact in the Cary community
Qualifications
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA credential (good standing with BACB); NC licensure if required
• 2+ years of BCBA experience, with strong in-home therapy background preferred
• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and train/support RBTs
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
