When I was working toward certification, I wanted more than supervision hours.

I wanted mentorship.

I wanted someone who would teach me how to think clinically, collaborate with families, navigate difficult cases, and grow into the kind of BCBA I hoped to become. I was lucky - I got that.

Today, I have the opportunity to pay that forward.
