Job Description
• DSP with Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Equivalent Experienced**
About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or equivalent to join our team. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide direct, two-on-one or one-on-one support to clients. This position does not include Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs as developed by the client's Individual Program Plan (IPP) and Supported Living Services Assessment
• Collect accurate and consistent data on client progress and behavior
• Maintain professional and supportive relationships with clients and their families
• Communicate observations and progress updates to your supervisor
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality at all times
• Participate in team meetings and required training sessions
Requirements
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or related conditions preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to implement behavioral strategies consistently and effectively
What You Need To Apply
• Be 21+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License
• Must pass a background check
• Previous experience in human services is a plus
