Job Description
it about us:
We are partnering with a mission-driven provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services supporting children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities. The organization is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while building a culture where both clients and clinicians can thrive.
With a strong focus on collaboration, growth, and clinical excellence, the team prioritizes creating an environment where leaders feel supported, heard, and empowered to make a meaningful impact. This is an organization that values not only outcomes for clients, but also the experience and development of the clinicians delivering care.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can truly make an impact — not just on clients, but on your team and the overall direction of clinical services.
You’ll have the chance to lead and develop a clinical team, shape programming, and contribute to the growth of the organization while being supported by a leadership team that values collaboration and clinician well-being. The organization offers competitive compensation, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, strong benefits coverage, CEU support, and clear pathways for career advancement.
If you’re looking for a role where your voice matters, your leadership is valued, and your work directly impacts families every day, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
