Your role will include:
• Making a positive impact in the life of a child.
• Implementing personalized behavior plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress.
• Providing one-on-one support for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Helping children to develop essential life skills like motor skills, hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills.
• Being active and engaging with clients, frequently moving up and down from the floor.
• Embracing new learning opportunities and providing the best quality care to the children we serve.

Requirements:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB.
• No prior experience required beyond what you gained during RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.
• A lot of energy, creativity, and a playful demeanor.
• Technological savviness to learn our data collection software and use basic office applications.
• Availability for working hours of 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm.
