Job Description
A contract opportunity is available for an experienced professional to provide one-on-one support as an ABA Therapist or Paraprofessional in a school setting in Troy, NY. This role focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students, supporting their individual learning and behavioral goals. Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized ABA therapy plans on a 1:1 basis with students. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support the student's educational and behavioral needs. Collect data and track progress to adjust strategies effectively. Assist in classroom management and promote positive behavior interventions. Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members to ensure cohesive support. Desired Qualifications: Experience as an ABA Therapist or Paraprofessional working directly with students. Knowledge of ABA techniques and principles. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff. Ability to work contractually within a school environment. Commitment to promoting student's developmental progress through structured interventions.
