Hourly Rate- Based On Experience
Requirements:
• Must hold an active BCBA certification
• Must obtain and maintain a valid New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
• Experience providing ABA services in home, community, or school settings
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Passion for helping clients reach their fullest potential

Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians
• Collect and analyze data to guide decision-making and progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with Momentum Behavior Care's policies and NYS regulations
