Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Train and support school staff on behavior management strategies
Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data
Ensure compliance with IEP goals and district/state regulations

Requirements
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Strong data analysis, communication, and collaboration skills

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
