This position is full time working with our therapists at our Oklahoma City & Midwest City locations. This position requires three years' experience as a therapist.

Job Summary: Coordinates daily work for therapists, who are responsible for group and individual services, case management and documentation and charging of services; also performs same duties of therapist. Provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive and developmental disorders and disabilities using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborates with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop treatment goals for the patient.
• Provides clinical oversight to therapists, managing caseloads and coordinating daily group assignments.
• Oversees day to day operations of the program including attendance, documentation, billing and other regulatory requirements.
• Contributes to employee and physician satisfaction by establishing professional relationships and providing clear communication.
• May assume supervisory or manager tasks in the absence of the supervisor or manager.
• Schedules, plans, delegates and supervises assignments.
• Performs therapist duties.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
EXPERIENCE
• Three years experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Constant use of hearing to receive oral communication and hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Constant use of vision for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
• Constant lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent use of speech to share information through oral communication.
• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, twisting and walking.
• Frequent use of vision to judge distances and spatial relationships and to identify and distinguish colors.
• Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, sitting, squatting, reaching, gripping and repetitive movements.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing over 50 lbs.
• Occasional keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional driving.
• Rare crawling, running and lifting/moving patients.
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL LICENSE AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
• Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) - Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors
• Or
• Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP) - Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health
