We are looking for a passionate, skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team. If you thrive in a supportive, collaborative, warm-culture environment and want to be part of a practice that truly values its clinicians, you’ve found your home.

Our leadership team prioritizes clinician support, mentorship, and sustainable caseloads so our BCBAs can focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for children and families.
Clinical Focus
• No direct 1:1 therapy hours required
• Minimum 24 hours billable (per week)
• Attainable bonus structure for billable hours over 24
• Small caseload of 6-10 clients
• Flexible scheduling & genuine work-life balance
• Full support from scheduling, onboarding, and operations teams
• Paid clinical tools, materials & assessments
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive salary: starting at $85,000 more depending on experience
• $1,000 annually for CEU’s, licensure and conferences

Your Day-to-Day
You’ll spend your time doing what matters most: supporting clients, families and your team.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
• Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative clinic environment
• Maintain ethical excellence and culturally responsive practice
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification
• Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
• Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
• Ability to support children in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed.
• Commitment to cultural humility, compassion and ethical excellence
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
