Job Summary
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in a child’s life? We are seeking a Behavior Interventionist (BI) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with developmental differences, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients in engaging, hands-on sessions while implementing individualized behavior support plans, collecting data, and documenting progress. Services are provided in the client’s home or community setting, making reliable transportation essential.
What You’ll Do
• Implement ABA-based intervention strategies under the supervision of a clinical team
• Engage children in structured and play-based activities to build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and maintain accurate session data and progress notes
• Maintain medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and other team members
• Support families and caregivers by sharing practical strategies for skill development
What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic technology skills (cell phone, internet access, Google Drive, video platforms)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
