Requirements
Qualifications
• BCBA certification & Utah LBA license required
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory BCBA role
• Strong clinical experience with autism/ABA therapy
• Proven ability to support, coach, and develop staff
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Qualifications
