Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Desired Qualifications & Experience:
• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working with children and adolescents (K-12), preferably in school settings
• Comfort and competency providing 1:1 behavioral support
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and their practical application in classroom environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Adaptability to meet student needs across various grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions and support to students in grades K-12
• Implement treatment plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Monitor and document student progress and behavioral outcomes with attention to detail
• Communicate regularly with classroom staff and families to ensure a consistent, team-based approach
• Adapt behavioral strategies to each student's unique needs and developmental stage
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes student growth and achievement
