About the Role

As a Speech Therapist (SLP) at ChildWise ABA, you will:
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children with autism and developmental delays
• Complete evaluations, create treatment plans, and document according to state and insurance standards
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other clinicians
• Participate in team meetings to support coordinated care
• Offer parent training and communicate progress regularly
• This role is ideal for a Speech Therapist (SLP) who enjoys a supportive, interdisciplinary environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Ohio Speech Therapist (SLP) license (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• Pediatric or autism experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
