What You’ll Do
• Provide one-on-one support to children in their home or community
• Follow a clear treatment plan created by your supervisor (BCBA)
• Help teach communication, social, and everyday life skills
• Track progress during each session
• Follow behavior plans and learning programs
• Communicate with your supervisor, team, and families
• Support caregivers when appropriate
• Complete session notes and required documentation
• Attend trainings and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

Required:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to complete training and obtain RBT certification
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred (Not Required):
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
